When should I apply if I am
looking for a month or two away?
We recommend applying as soon as
the townhome you want is available on our website! Your application will take
it off the website and hold it for you when you're ready to move in!
What is the application approval
timeline?
It can take up to 7 days to be
approved.
Are we allowed to hang pictures/TV
on the walls?
Yes, we want you to make yourself
feel at home within our community!
What are the income
qualifications?
Our community requires 2.5x the
total monthly leasing price for gross income.
How are packages delivered?
Each townhome gets an individual
address, so all packages should be delivered to your door or mailbox!
When is rent due?
Rent is due on the 1st for
all our residents, although late fees won't apply until the 4th.
